General terms and conditions

1. Children up to 3 year old — free of charge
2. To ensure confort and safety of all passangers, we reserve the right to change or amend the excursion conditions. Company’s representative will get in touch with you to infor mabout the change of the date or cancellation of excursion.
3. In case of the cancellation ot the excursion by the customer, the company has to be notified 24 hours before the start of the excursion. In this case the customer is eligible to receive a full money refund.
   No refund will be made if the customer fails to notify the company about the cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion.
4. A special clothes covering shoulders and knees are recommended for visiting of churches and monasterires.

All excursions are being held on the confortable fully insured and air conditioned mini buses with the participation of a professional guide and licensed driver.
